[Resolved] Flipkart — payment failed, money debited

I made a transaction on 15 feb 2020 for mobile with sbi card for debit card emi, however transaction failed at that time but payment went to an account number of flipkart and a loan account was created for emi, but order not confirmed, i made another payment attempt with other pnb card and it passed and order delivered but flipkart people refusing the 1st transaction, bank says amount credited to flipkart account. Kindly see the details and refund the payment

Updated by kashyapnaveen I have account number of the person, whom account is credited with the amount. It belongs to flipkart, solve it or otherwise i am filing a case in consumer court with proof

We understand that you have been charged twice for this transaction.

Please get in touch with your bank's customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card and they will be able to assist you further on this.

If they are unable to help, you can contact the bank's grievance cell to get an update on your refund.
