[Resolved] Flipkart — payment failure | |
I used 'Pay Later' as mode of payment on Mar 23. The amount was 1299. While clearing the pay later dues, I made a payment of 1299 to Flipkart through SBI Internet Banking. The payment got confirmed, I got the reference number of the transaction as well. However the amount didn't reflect in my flipkart account. I contacted the customer care and they told me to wait for 2 days to get the resolution. Later on they told me to contact the bank since the payment was being shown to them as pending. I contacted my bank and lodged a complaint. They told me that the merchant has received the money already and I should contact them. Again contacted customer care but this time they told that the payment will automatically be reflected in my account on 1st April. Nothing happened. I again complained and got to know that my complaint has been escalated to the concerned team. Then again I got the call from them and told me to contact the bank. I have no idea what to do now. Flipkart is just playing the blame game. They are only telling me that the payment is pending. Was this information helpful? | |
