[Resolved] Flipkart — Payment fraud | |||||
Respected Team, I am a seller with flipkart, (ALL DEALS DONE 24X7), since may 2015. On 24 July 2015, I found that the company is charging one of my product under higher weight category of 2-2.5kg whereas actually product weighs 300 gms. On filing a complaint the company took no action and just since then they are saying that they are following the issue but in actual zero work is going on. they every time respond that the issue is escalated to higher team and then no reverts are provided to me. I am fed up with such malpractice of company. I filed a complaint under CORE also (194975.3.2015), last month but there also they mentioned they are following the case and then no action or response has been received from CORE or from flipkart. they called 2 times and said that issue has been escalated as usual.
