Flipkart — payment fraud in flipkart customer service

I hope you will sort out my issue, below are my order details and detailed story. Incident:[protected] Order ID: OD[protected] #1. I registered for the Red MI Note 2nd Dec sale, I tried at 2:00pm but I could not get that. #2. Again I register for 9th Dec sale and after a week wait I was lucky and this time I got that phone; I made payment of Rs 8999l- immediately (Please check the attached my credit card statement image file named "First Payment"). #3. But flipkart never delivered this order to my Pune address and without my consent flipkart cancelled it and initiated my refund which I got back on 16th Dec (Please check pdf file named "Refund and Second Payment") #4 Now real issue is - on the same day i.e 16 Dec I got call from flipkart customer care executive named "Karthik". I told him that I waited for this mobile for long time and that piece is allotted to me so why you cancelled that without asking me; he said that's not a problem, I can make payment back to flipkart. He also promised me that flipkart will deliver my order on the same day -16 Dec by 7:00pm. He sent me an email using email id - [protected]@flipkart.com (Please check attachment maned "Email from Karthik") with a link for repayment to flipkart. I made payment using that link immediately (please check file name "Repayment Transaction" and my credit card statement file name "Refund and Second Payment"). #5 Please be informed that merchant name for first payment was "FLIPKART INTERNET PRIVABANGALORE " and merchant name for back payment was "FLIPKART.COM MUMBAI" #6 After this Red MI Note, I ordered two items (below are the order details) and I got both of them delivered properly on the same address; so why not Red MI note??? OD[protected] OD[protected] #7 I waited for delivery on 16th and 17th but I didn't get it, from that day on-wards I am daily writing emails and calling flipkart but nobody is giving me stratifying answer of following questions ***Question 1 - If Red MI note is allotted to me on 9th Dec sale then where is my piece. ***Question 2 - Where is my second payment?? As per your executives its not reached to flipkart. ***Question 4 - When I will get delivery . ***Question 5 - What about my time for emails, calls and mantle torture of repeating same story so many times. Finally; Sir, please be informed that people blindly believe and respect flipkart service, and you guys should not let us down. So hereby I request you please look in to this matter personally and send me my delivery as soon as possible. Please note that I don't want refund. My debit card number was used by some fraud person to do online shopping from your site on 02.04.2016. Rs.24600 was deducted from my account. My debit card number is[protected].
Dear Concern,

I am a loyal customer of flipkart since many years.
My credit card number was used by some fraud person to do online shopping from your site on 10.02.2017. Rs.40000 was deducted from my account. My credit card number is [protected].

I called my bank to deactive my card... they have suggested to contact Flipkart as this trasection was used on Flipkart.

Could you please provide me he details of the person used this transection?

Seeking for your kind help ASAP in this matter.
