[Resolved] Flipkart — payment is done amount is debited but order not place | |||
It is a incident of 5th of april late night. I made a payment through net banking, amount of rs 1099 is also debited from my account but the order not placed.in category of my orders their is nothing to show. I consult with customer care they said its normal refund will be given to you in 8 business days but nothing would happen. And now they are completely denying that no transaction is done. I also consult to sbi customer care they said amount is setteled to your merchant account successfully on the same day 5th of april. They lso provide me ref no of my transaction. But still flipkart denies and talking to me about the different date transaction to shows that they fullfilled the query. I made my payment through net banking Was this information helpful? | |||

I bought my headphones on 26th of January. And it is 1may . The headphone comes with 1year of warranty period. And now it is not working. The Flipkart smartbuy Care contact is not responding. And i mailed to [protected]@smartbuy.com . And i didn't get response from them. Invoice is below.
