As per flipkarts flash sale for honor 9 lite was going on as per flipkarts commitment the sale timing was 12 noon. So i ordered my honor 9lite 3gb/32gb variant and i have paid full payment online i. E ₹11, 000 but after a while it appears an e-mail that your order is not successful and your refund has been processed so after 2 days i had called flipkart.. For my refund but they told that it will come in 2-3 days.. After two days again i have called so again they send me an e-mail with respect to solve my issue till 3rd may and also today they havdnt processed my refund +1 photos Was this information helpful? Jun 18, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 04, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it. Verified Support May 07, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a concern stating that his payment was successful but later the order was cancelled and he still has not received the refund. Spoke to customer and initiated the refund and requested to wait for 6 BD for refund. Closing the case.
