[Resolved] Flipkart — payment issue pay later | |||
I had made a payment of 3, 818 on october 9th 2018 but the payment didn't go through. The amount was deducted from my account but was not refunded for 5 days. I have been in touch with flipkart and they informed that the payment didn't reach them. I contacted my bank and they requested for a email from the merchant that the amount was not credited to them. Its been months. Flipkart could say that amount didn't reach them in 2 mins but sending an email is not happening so that i can get my amount from the bank. Being a customer i'm treated like # in customer care. This is a good bye to flipkart service. I need my money back. Please help Was this information helpful? | |||
