2. Flipkart SmartBuy Back Cover for Poco M4 Pro 5G
For the above order I paid Rs.13251/- through my credit card on 07.09.2022.
The order was not success but my amount debited from Credit card towards Flipkart India. I contacted Flipkart customer care over phone and email many times but in vain. I am giving some of my complaint reference numbers below.

In all that communication from Flipkart they buy time but never committed about the refund of my money. Hence, I am preferred to complaint through you so that I may get resolution.
They promise refund of money within 4 hours for a failed order. But after nine days, still they are holding my money. I am not able to buy another mobile as the funds get locked with them. Please arrange to expedite the process as early as possible.
