[Resolved]  Flipkart — payment not received even after 60 days of block

I am seller in flipkart. Flipkart suspend my account on 15-nov-2019, reason they given that suspicioius activity. We explain them that we are selling genuine product so we have submitted genuine purchase invoive to them but without verifying anything they failed the verification. We asked them please share reason for varification fail, they did not provide any reason beacuse i know their is no valid reason with them.

So my account blocked and my total amount approx rs 42000 get blocked for 60 days. My 60 days get over on 15 jan and i receive payment transfer mail from flipkart but i did not receive my payment in account. I got notification that payment is not transfer reason is bank account verification inspite of same account in which payment get transfer when i account is active. I called the support they are told me that this notification is technical error you will receive payment in next 2 days. But again payment not receive.
I called support again they told me ur payment is not showing. We will check with backhand team. They raise incident but no resolution till date. I am frusted so i write here. Every alternate day i call they say team is working same answer everytime. Its alraedy 10 days today still they did not resolve the issue. Please look into this matter
