[Resolved] Flipkart — payment not received for returned product

I received 2 products with single order id and wanted to return both products due to defective. But i got option to return one product. I dropped a mail with the same to flipkart when pick up request created. Both products handed over to pick person (Wish master) and verified by him. Flipkart is refunded for one product and stating other product is not refundable
Only because its not returnable. After multiple follow up with flipkart, they said wish master received one product during return and trying to close complaint

Flipkart customer support reached over phone after raising consumer complaint and asked for the issue details. They resolved complaint once they received issue details from me. Firstly i would like to thank consumer complaint forum for the work done. I would suggest people who are facing with their problems with companies can raise complaint and get it resolved. Secondly, i thank Flipkart social media team.
