[Resolved] Flipkart — payment not return as order successfully not done

I was trying to order one weighing machine on 07.04.2019. The amount rs. 1, 197.00/- has been deducted from my account no [protected] vide transaction reference[protected] igafwblrx2 transfer to 4599 but the order not placed. I have checked with sbi customer care and they confirmed that the amount successfully transfer to flipkart account.
Flip kart person not arranging to return the amount to my account.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the amount has been debited from customer account, however, the order was not confirmed. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the amount was not received by the seller. Hence, requested customer to contact the bank for further assistance. Closing the complaint from our end.

Updated by sar1986 I have contact with SBI customer care and their feed back is "As confirmed with merchant, transaction[protected] has been successful and settled on 07 April - 2019. For more details kindly contact your merchant".
