[Resolved] Flipkart — payment not return as order successfully not done | |||
Login email id sa. [protected]@tatamotors.com. I was trying to order one weighing machine on 07.04.2019. The amount rs. 1, 197.00/- has been deducted from my account no [protected] vide transaction reference[protected] igafwblrx2 transfer to 4599 but the order not placed. I have checked with sbi customer care and they confirmed that the amount successfully transfer to flipkart account. Flip kart person not arranging to return the amount to my account. Jun 13, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 13, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the amount has been debited from customer account, however, the order was not confirmed. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the amount was not received by the seller. Hence, requested customer to contact the bank for further assistance. Closing the complaint from our end.
