[Resolved]  Flipkart — Payment received but denying to deliver

Hi there,

I ordered an sansui proHome colossus 1000w juicer Mixer grinder costing Rs.3598 on 23rd September, 2021 where I opted for cash/card on delivery as payment mode. the order arrived on 25th September, 2021 where delivery agent didn't carry any payment accepting device and made me to pay on Flipkart app online payment via card. On this note, the payment was made on flipkart instructed by delivery agent. After money got deducted from my bank, on the flipkart app, the status is shown as payment processing(we are processing your payment request.please check back in sometime). I showed the same thing to delivery agent and He called his executive who is seriously not answering the call and delivery agent took back the order and said I'll come after sometime and said till then wait for the code on app/sms. So I waited for few hours and called the Flipkart customer service and talked to them and I got to know that payment has been received and they said that we'll attempt an delivery by 7 pm same working day. but it didn't happened. And after some time, delivery guy came without prior notice of call and placed order in front of me and asked me for code. I said that I dodn't receive any code from Flipkart. And he returned with order twice same day where I didn't like the way keeping the order in front of home and returning twice though payment was made. I was hurt by this. Again I called the customer service, they said that payment was successful, please wait for other 24 hours. So I waited again and on 28th sep, 2021, I called the customer service to know the status and I opted to cancel my order and refund, they clearly denied and claiming we cannot guarantee and do anything as some team has to check on this.
so what is happening since 4 days?

Mistakes of Flipkart: 1. Sending new delivery agent who doesn't have knowledge of payment and misleaded me.
2. Head of delivery Executive was reckless of answering call.
3.Customer service agents making false promises repeatedly and hanging up calls on keeping me wait on hold.

I clearly lost trust on Flipkart and negligence is very bad and hurt my feelings on putting shipment in front of my home and getting back twice.
