Mi tv has been booked on 06.05.19 against order no id - od[protected] through flipkart. Delivery schedule was 09.05..19. On 10.05.19, customer care informed me to mi company have not received any payment. & order not yet booked by mi company. They asked to discuss with mi company. Why should i contact with mi company, where i have been order to flipkart? Why should i contact mi company after payment received confirmation sent by flipkart on 06.05.19. Jun 13, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 13, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the order. We regret to inform that as the customer has already cancelled the order, requesting customer to place a fresh order for the product as per customer requirement. Also, the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on May 10, 2019. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
