[Resolved] Flipkart — Payment received but order denied | |||
Hi, This is Raviraj, i ordered two ladies handbags on flipkart...Paid by netbanking, transaction was successful...But i didn't receive any confirmation from flipkart about order...I checked my cart, those two handbags are still in my cart and order isnt been placed...I complained them on phone but they asked me to wait for 24 hours and later they said that they didnt receive any money and they couldn't process order...But money has been deducted from my account and i have bank statement which clearly states that its been transferred to their account and i have attached it to complaint... My ordered items are 1) SkyWays Embezzled Studs Hand-held Bag (RED-01 colour) 449 RS 2)Butterflies Criss-cross Hand Bag (Beige colour) 1899 RS MY Order Id-D[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jan 11, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, he claims that amount is debit and order is not confirmed. Informed customer that payment is not received to Flipkart from Payment Gateway and we initiate back to source from Payment Gateway and already mail sent. Hence closing the case.
