[Resolved]  Flipkart — Payment refund for non placement of order

I placed an order of 5 items through flipkart on 19/09/2016. But no order confirmation is received. After making payment, the system displays an error message but an amount of rs.3382/- is debited from my account.

I complained this matter before you on 19/09/2016 itself. My complaint no: is 17896315. Your customer support team replied that you didn’t received any payment for the order and contact my bank for further assistance.

I contact my banker on 20/09/2016 and register the complaint. They said to wait for 7 days. Now the period of seven days is over but no amount credited to my account.
Today on 30/09/2016, i contact my banker, he clarified that the transaction is closed. An amount of rs.3382/- is received by flipkart account and the bank transaction id is gupi[protected]. Therefore they are unable to refund the amount.

So kindly refund the amount. If it is not possible shall i register this to consumer court. Please reply.

The reply from Flipkart is mentioned below: But my banker confirmed that payment is received by Flipkart and they gave me a transaction ID .But flipkart continuously said that no payment received yet.The reply is as follows: We are sorry to let you know that your transaction of Rs. 3382/- on 19 Sep 2016 was unsuccessful and its not settled with us as we did not receive the payment. We understand that you have been charged for the mentioned transaction. Please contact your card issuing bank for this and they will help you further. Hope this helps.
