[Resolved] Flipkart — perfect home shoe rack | |||||
Dear Sir / Madam, I bought this Shoe rack from Flipkart During April 2018. While installation itself, the Service Person found some problem with the alignment of the door. Since I thought this has nothing to do with the performance, I have not brought up this as an issue. One of the 4 doors has come out very easily within 2 weeks of the installation & one by one two more doors have also come off the next week and has been lying there unused. I have been trying to get help from Flipkart from that time on wards. Mailing the photo of the defective product. The shoe rack is the first thing that visitors see in my home and has become an embarrassment lately. They are not ready to process my refund request; citing time frame reasons, even though the product has failed during warrant period, that too within 4 weeks of delivery and installation . Since I have lost confidence in the product, I am not ready for repair or replacement. The Shoe rack is a complete mess. Your earliest action in this regard is highly appreciated.
