[Resolved]  Flipkart — pet product not delivered

I had ordered a pet bed which was supposed to be delivered by 14th october 2019. As i was out for some work the product could not be delivered to my house. I informed the delivery person to get it on 16th october 2019 to which he agreed. It has not been delivered since then and i am not able to contact because the pin seems to be wrong which is right according to the message i have recieved
