Flipkart — Phone delivered not as described

Grievance Details On 16 October i ordered asus rog 3 from Flipkart after seeing online reviews.On the same day in night i got the phone, i recorded the video before opening the phone, in case something goes wrong.It was late night so i didn't look the product very well but in the morning i came to know the product has two difference as shown online . 1st the wire was not braided wire as shown online on there site. 2nd the mobile case provided blocks the exhaust hole features of the phone which is completely different and defective as it makes the phone hot while using. So i put a return request within 12 hours, 2 days i waited for them to call but no response, than i call them and they say they have put the matter to higher authority and will call me within 1 day.I waited but no call came after 2 days i got sms saying the return request is rejected. They are doing a big fraud with the seller as you can search seller details because im not the only one, there are so many people complaint . The seller say if the product is defective i can return it within 10 days. 1. I have put return request within 12 hours . 2. The product i received is not as described on the website and the product is overheating which is a defect. From the last 5 days im having a mental attack. This people took my 50k and delivered me defective product.This people first assured me they will return and than all of a sudden without even calling sms me. Please help me this people have cheated me 50k rs by delivery me a defective product.Even if i sell it to someone noone will want a defective product my money is gone .please help me.
