[Resolved] Flipkart — Phone delivery delayed by 16days | |||
I placed my order on Flipkart on the 7th of October that time delivery date was showing the 10th of October. But again they changed the date to the 12th of October so I registered a complaint regarding this. And asked to deliver early to the Flipkart executive. They said ma'am your order has already been reached the nearest hub, logistics team is responsible for the delay. We will try to resolve your query by 3day. But again even after 3days, they didn't resolve my issue and again they extended my complaint date by 3days and again they didn't resolve my issue again asking for 3days more for the delivery of my product. Please look into this matter. And I want to raise a complaint against the logistics team of Flipkart. I think they have stolen my phone. Was this information helpful? | |||
