[Resolved] Flipkart — phone exchange denied | |||
First delivery personnel marked the phone okay for exchange and marked product as delivered. But there was issue with screen lock code. As i wasn't available physically so we had trouble. He arranged pickup in the morning next day. Today 22 jan 2020 a new guy named kamal comes from e-kart and without even spending 2 seconds on phone says battery is swollen. Screen is coming out. I request flipkart to look into this matter. Its condition is close to new and just 1 day earlier the return was accepted with full amount. And in 12 hours phone has gone down as 'damaged beyond repair' as per delivery exec. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jan 22, 2020 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We're sorry about the cancellation of your order OD[protected]. We would like to inform you as the product was not eligible as per the seller policy. However, the courier person denies to pick up the product and order is canceled from the seller end. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
