[Resolved]  Flipkart — Phone got rejected for exchange

Hi
I have placed an order for a mobile by exchanging with my old mobile.
I clearly read the terms and conditions that there's a minimum exchange value for my mobile what so ever the condition of it and phone just need to be switched on. I paid the amount through prepaid card and at the time of delivery the technician is saying that there are scratches on mobile so we reject this phone. I don't understand why Flipkart is cheating customers like this
