I've ordered black shark 2 on march 20 friday 2:58pm but due to global pandemic covid19 it was delayed for 1 n half months
I ordered while the black shark was on offer it was ₹20000...
After waiting for 1 and half months finally government allowed essential and non essentials to deliver..
Promised date for delivery was on 15th may
On 15th may i was patiently waiting for call but no delivery guy called me so around 8.00 pm on 15th may i went to help centre and texted why my item was not delivered and to locate my order id od[protected] and slept
On 16th may i got these message from ad-flpkrt
Flipkart update: sorry, the delivery for your black shark 2 (Shadow black 128 gb) has been delayed due to logistical constraints. Rest assured, we are working with the courier service providers to have the product reach you by 30 may 2020. Thanks for your patience. Regards, flipkart
I was little upset but i understand its covid19 days so i was waiting for 30th may for my phone
And on 20th may i got these message from ax-flpkrt
Cancelled: our courier partner has confirmed that the delivery of black shark 2 (Shadow... With order id od[protected] was not accepted. As requested, the above item (S) in your order has (Have) been cancelled. Please check your email for more details.
I went to help centre and request to call me and this number +91 [protected] called me she said she cannot help because i've rejected my order she told me to reorder the phone. After treating me this way telling me to reorder my phone and pay 12k more now the price is ₹32000 on 20th march the phone offer was ₹20000..
I've never rejected and cancelled or received any call for delivery.. How can flipkart treat there customer this way waiting for 1 half month delivery.. This is way beyond toooooooooo much i am sooooooo disappointed...
I want flipkart to deliver my phone at offer price ₹20000 thats all i want
Please take these seriously i am soooo disappointed
