[Resolved]  Flipkart — phone ordered by payment. but i didn't receive it but the website says it's delivered

My friend ordered a phone named moto c. As it was not available at her address. She mentioned my address. Order no - od[protected]. After 4 days i got a call from the courier company named delhivery with consignment number[protected] that the mobile my friend ordered is here but it's on cash on delivery. But my friend had already paid for it. So i told him to cancel it. But when my friend checked it in the flipkart website. It says it's delivered. Who was it delivered. How can i get a refund.
