I purchase a phone (Honor 9i) to flipkart.com i having issue from starting in this phone, i told to flipkart to many time but then can't help me, then can't replace my phone also they do not refund me, if flipkart having a policy that if customer do not like any phone device then they will replace the phone but they are not following this policy. Verified Support May 03, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer complain was facing multiple issues, so apologized and arranged technicians visit from where we got an update as no issues found, so informed same to customer, but customer saying he is facing issue still so as per policy requested to visit authorized service center and closed the case.
