I have bought infinix smart3 plus mobile orderid: od od[protected] product received date :1 oct2019 and productive is defective and i have raised return request on 9 th oct byt in flipkart application there is no option for rrturn In flipkart page there is oone option change ur mobile to another new same phone but i dont want this company priduct its hanging abd swith of time to time again i have called flipkart they didn't responce they says factort reset then use i have done all the option but there is no changes. Then flip cart executive says that there is no option forreturn kindly contact infinix customer care no they will help you But 10 days replace pokicy is are joking They are fraud with customer kindly return my phonr and return my money Was this information helpful? | |||
