Ekart rejected my return request saying the product is mismatched but no ekart guy came to pickup the product. This is my tracking ID FMPP[protected] for the product Avani metrobuzz gold plated personalized, customized gift best friends reel photo collage gift for friends, BFF with frame ( as the thumbnail says).
