[Resolved] Flipkart — pick up guy fraud.

I ordered a noise colorfit smart watch, which was delivered damaged and the charger was missing. When i applied for refund, the first time pich up guy cancelled the refund and told me the request was not proper, so i called flipkart helpline and asked their executive to request for refund, he applied and the second time pickup guy didn't even came to my home, he just called on my number and told that this time also request is not proper, wherein it was their executive who filled my refund process.
