Flipkart — Pick-up issue again

I have 5 orders to be picked up but after getting an SMS -OUT for PICK-UP, their logistic team will cooly send an SMS stating pick-up canceled as you decided to keep it. However, I have not canceled any pick-up requests.

Yet again Flipkart has a pick-up issue. And because of this, a refund amount of around 2000 INR has been stuck. Kindly look into this and please resolve the issue. I don't want to get stuck for another 14-20 days for this again.
