I have been contacting Flipkart to make the pick-up from the 11th March and suppose to be done by 14th March. However, they extended to 15th March, then to 16th march, then to wait 24-48 hours, and each day they kept going on with the same reply.
Today, it's 27th March, yet no pick-up is done, and it's not been solved. I am finding it very hard to understand that Flipkart not being able to solve this simple pick-up issue as though it's an unsolvable or undoable problem.
My refund amount of Rs.3600/- is still pending because of this.
An SMS last sent from Ekart out for a pick-up tracking ID FMPR[protected] is still pending. Please refer to the screenshots attached.
I have also attached other screenshots.
I request you to kindly look into this.
