I bought a mobile phone "SWIPE ELITE PLUS" from flipkart.com on 3rd October 2016, which when I received was faulty, So customer support scheduled a pickup for the same after checkup. The Pickup was scheduled and a time frame of 5 days was given but no one came for pickup in the given time frame. Then again they set up the pickup and again no one came. The same thing happen 5 times then I personally investigated the reason then I found that the courier partner they are using for pickup has left my city so they are not active their. I informed the same to Flipkart but they don't believed on me and again gave another pickup date, and the same process started again but no one came for another 5 pickup dates. They given me total 10 times pickup date in past 1 and half months. I talk to them daily on there customer support but no one listen. They have given me mental harassment and wasted my time and money.
I want resolution of this problem ASAP...
