[Resolved]  Flipkart — Pickup of product not done intentionally

I ordered a Yelloe Maroon sling bag on 28th April got it delivered on 5th May.when i opened the package i was shocked to see that the seller has send me a completely different colored product with lot's of scratches, i ordered maroon but received beige color clearly written on the product tag.I raised a return request on the same day at first the pickup date was given 7th May then 9th then 11th May but till today no one came to pickup the product nor any update was received.I can very well understand that the seller did that intentionally and flipkart is not even bothered to look into it. The resolution date was showing 11th May but today when I checked in the app the resolution date was removed and no clear information was given about what's going on.I am tired of talking to customer service people they are so helpless that they are just asking to wait till when they don't even know that. Flipkart cannot arrange a pickup for the last 5 day's, this is how customers are treated.Its like daylight robbery. Why will a customer waste so much of time just to return an item? It's clear that returns and refunds are not easy trust me..If you are on the loop hole, you won't get any actual help from anyone.Once if the logistics and seller decides they wont pickup your return item, your money is gone. Please be aware before you order from Flipkart.I even asked for refund, since the pickup issue is from their end and customer has got nothing to do with it, but they denied. Escalations are fake, because escalations dissappears automatically.I can see no resolution date in the app, all were removed without even my concern. Amazon's service is far better than this and it's more trustable website. The pickup wasn't done from Flipkarts end so it's their fault, why everytime the customer is suffering then how can it be a customer centric company? Poor seller and return/refund policy. There is no use of being a plus member. once you are the target, your money is gone seller, flipkart, logistics no one will be bothered. I live in a metropolitan city still such incidents are happening in daylight. Every day they deliver thousands of products but cannot arrange a pickup? Is it at all trustable? Flipkart is not safe.

I received a call from Flipkart consumer forum platform and they intimated the refund from the seller's end arranging for the pickup.Finally got the resolution.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

It's 13th May and no one came to resolve the issue. The pickup and refund is still not done. It's not an issue from the logistics end.Its flipkart who's holding back the refund. Amazon would have credited the amount long back.Am saying this from my personal experience . Amazon is far more safe and reliable. Never go with with flipkarts offers and discounts, they will loot in a different way. There are many incidents like this happening everyday, its flipkarts extra source of income by not giving refunds. Flipkart is a scam. Logistics has nothing to do with it. No one's going to take care of it, since it's online shopping. And also there's no use of being a plus member, you will be treated even more badly.
