[Resolved] Flipkart — pickup of the wrong item | |||||
I have received a different item from what i have ordered. So i raise return request. Pickup person came to my door step twice but refused to pick up the product. I called customer care and complained so they arranged th pick up again and it was also cancelled without any reason. Then i mailed flipkart they arranged the pick up for the 4th time and i was assured that the case is escalated and i will get the solution. But it was again cancelled. I called customer care again and they said that they are escalating the case again. But till now i am waiting for the pickup. From last 10days i am being harrassed by flipkart. I have to take leaves from my job just to return the item so that they don't have any excuses to cancel the pickup. But it seems like i am only wasting my time.
