[Resolved] Flipkart — placed a prepaid order but received an empty box of fossil watch | |||||
I bought a watch from flipkart as an engagement gift to my fiancee and flipkart delivered an empty box on friday. I had my engagement on sunday so i requested to replace it within 2 days but no prompt response has been received from flipkart. Flipkart ruined my surprise and my engagement day. I have never expected and experienced it from such huge brand. Pathetic service.. Can we rely on you in such a critical situation? Flipkart assured me of taking action till 1 august 2018 but what about the mental harassment and problem i faced due to such an incident. That to on such a precious day of my life. I still don't have answer who is responsible for such a huge loss in monetary and non monetary terms. Was this information helpful? | |||||
