[Resolved] Flipkart — Placed order, but yet to get any response | |||
I placed an order on Flipkart (OD[protected]) for Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG. The merchant was selling it at 10499 though the phone is priced at 9999 at Flipkart itself. I placed an order for the same and a cover for the phone. I received the cover but I am yet to receive the phone. Their tracking system says that "Your order has been placed" When contacting their customer care service, they are unable to respond properly and are saying that your problem will resolve in the 7 days. I have already paid my hard earned money to this "gang of cheaters" and am waiting for a response from this company. When contacted, they are always buying time. Is it the behaviour shown from a renowned company to their consumers??? I hope to get a better response from Flipkart soon and my product delivered ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |||
