[Resolved]  Flipkart — Playing With Customer

These People again and again asking for time. Last time they had said issue will get resolved by 26th oct, 5:30PM. Below is the mail they had sent. Hi Srinivas, Thank you for writing in. We acknowledge your email. I would like to personally apologize for the inconvenience caused in this regard. I can imagine how inconvenient that can be for you and I would like to confirm you that, your issue is escalated to our concern team, and they will get back to you with a reliable updat. We will make sure that your issue is resolved within 26/10/2014 05.30 PM. Kindly do not worry in this regard, we will resolve the issue in the best possible way. We are here to address your concern and to ensure a prompt resolution. We will take ownership of the problem and we will follow-up until the problem is resolved. Your patience is requested in this regard. Now they have sent another mail. Please go through below mail. Hi Srinivas, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and I assure you that we will sort the things as soon as possible. However, I have escalated this issue to the concern team. Have my assurance that this issue will be resolved by October 30, 2014. Your kind understanding is really appreciated Please write back to us should you have any other questions or need further assistance.
