FIRST OF ALL, HOW CAN YOU JUST BLOCK MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT EVEN INFORMING OR WARNING ME BEFORE-HAND OF THIS
BLOCKING POLICY OF YOURS. I HAVE RECEIVED YOUR EMAIL AFTER MORE THAN 24HOURS OF MY FLIPKART ACCOUNT
GETTING BLOCKED & AFTER CALLING & FOLLOWING UP WITH YOUR CUSTOMER CARE SINCE 18TH March 2022 MORNING, HAVE
SPOKEN TO ALMOST 8-9 DIFFERENT CS REPRESENTATIVE ONLINE.
So what is the point in buying from you online..& why have you even kept the return policy if you
don't want buyers to return the product...and we are not MAD to just return the product...THE products
are either of very bad quality or not up to the mark.. hence we are forced to return it. Also for
garments, if there is a size mismatch, & if I receive a wrong size or wrong product.. obviously I will
return OR EXCNANGE it, or does this mean we should keep all the faulty & useless product even if we don't like it,
just to comply with your fair usage policy ????
I AM A FLIPKART MEMBER FOR MORE THAN 15YEARS NOW & ALSO PLUS MEMBER, AND WHAT IS THE USE BEING A PLUS MEMBER, WHICH COMES FOR A PRICE, & IS NOT FREE..
(AND THIS INCIDENT HAPPENING TO MY FLIPKART ACCOUNT IS REALLY DISSAPPOINTING. & THE CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE ANY RESOLUTION, ONLY RECORDED LIKE REPLIES THEY HAVE BEEN GIVING/TELLING ME)
I cant EVEN reply or send email to [protected]@flipkart.com it shows " recipient address rejected: access denied"
& several email's to grievance.[protected]@flipkart.com but no reply to even one email.
KINDLY UNBLOCK MY FLIPKART ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY.
with deep regret, i am forced to say that FLIPKART is NOWHERE CLOSE to AMAZON in terms of
CUSTOMER SUPPORT, WHICH IS VERY SAD & DISSAPPOINTING. THIS ALSO LOOSES THE TRUST FACTOR I HAD WITH FLIKPART. SO SAD.
