In Bahraich, Wishmasters stop deliveries at 6 PM daily, and no delivery attempt was made on Sep 24 or 25. I set deadlines of 5:30 PM and 11 PM IST on Sep 25, both missed by Flipkart. The item’s price has increased by ₹1000 on Flipkart’s platform, making cancellation costly and unfair. Flipkart’s customer care number[protected] and Ekart’s helpline[protected] are unresponsive, and in-app chat has not provided a resolution or executive callback despite multiple attempts. The absence of an AWB number in tracking further complicates follow-up. This delay has caused significant inconvenience as a student at my college in Bahraich, disrupting my schedule and trust in Flipkart’s express delivery service.
Resolution Sought:
Immediate delivery of my order (OD[protected] by September 26, 2025, with priority handling to my college address in Bahraich.
Compensation of a ₹1500 Flipkart voucher for the express delivery failure, two-day delay, lack of Wishmaster communication, and inconvenience caused at my college.
An apology for the delay, unresponsive support, and lack of AWB transparency.
Immediate provision of the Ekart AWB number and Wishmaster contact for tracking.
