[Resolved] Flipkart — policy and issue in exchange of product | |||
I ordered MI Note 5 Pro on 14 Sep. 18 at around 10:11pm, Neither i got any confirmation message nor my cart was be empty and amount was debited from my account. Therefore, i further order the same product and same issues was also again faced by me; money was debited and didn't get any conformation. So i immidiatly called the Custmor care person, they suggested to me wait for 8 hrs and after eight hours both the orders got confirmed and further i cancelled one order for which money will be returned back till 25 Sep.2018 so ultimately, i am complete devoid of money as[protected] for each order) was debited from account. Further, on today afternoon, the mobile came for delivery with exchange of my old mobile, where he said that as top cover from where sim is to be inserted is not properly close hence, now exchange cant made; you cancelled the order. I request him to see the mobile carefully as the top cover from where sim is to inserted and its obvious that it may open many times hence there is possibility that is not as company fitted but you look for the other side of same top cover it is properly fitted, and that gap is also less then 0.3 cm which is due to company provided openable site there but they don't agree with the matter hence i further called to customer care but they again told to wait till 20 Sep.2018. SO why are u harnessing a customer if you have full proof system of confirmation of order and expert who can see the exchange products within a day so TOTALLY DISSATISFIED BY THE SERVICES AND POLICY OF FLIPCART AND NOW ON WARDS I NEVER TRUST AND PURCHASE PRODUCT FROM FLIPCART Was this information helpful? | |||
