[Resolved] Flipkart — Poor customer satisfaction | |||||
Very poor customer satisfaction.i have launch a return request to flipkart and they confirm my return.they told me that the pick up of my product will be processed on 13th oct but the respected pickup man arrive on 11th oct and without picking up my product he returns and update the status that we have decided to keep the product with us. This is so ridiculous. Its better that flipkart will stop making fool of people in the name of customer care. Was this information helpful? | |||||
