Flipkart — Poor customer service with wrong information | |||
Purchased an ASUS vivobook laptop in October. Initially these people troubled me with sending faulty laptop which took 20 days to get replaced becuase of their poor customer service. I purchased that under 0 interest EMI policy by Flipkart.However the EMIs that I have paid so far, I had to pay the interest part in my First two EMIs when I confirmed from my bank then they said that this is from the merchant and not from them. To clear up the matter I called Flipkart support where as usual they arranged a call back. As the call back are not recorded so the call back agent disconnected the call after some time. This has been happening always since I have purchased this laptop. The call back agent always disconnects the call and even these people do not let the feedback mail to be generated.I placed almost 40 calls, 36 chats, many twitter and FB messages bur still there was no resolution of my problem. I have already wasted lots of time and energy and on top of them additional money on them so please help Was this information helpful? | |||
