I have ordered motoG31 mobile in FLIPKART website on 07.04.2022 (Order No : OD[protected] and delivery date promised was 08.04.2022. On 08.04.22 at 12.45pm delivery person reached my house street and informed me by call to keep my exchange mobile ready by resetting the same. Iam waiting whole day, but delivery didnt reach me back until night. In intermediate time, I have called the delivery person more than three times i hope, each time he gave a rude and irresponsible reply. It seems that he have no intention to do his delivery on time. I have contacted flipkart customer care and explained the issues around 6pm. But nothing worked for me. Flipkart simply closing the complaints as resolved. Also as a surprise, after making complaints, expected delivery date of my ordered product was extended by flipkart/its delivery partner to 14.04.2022. Flipkart have no track or control over its delivery partners. Its seems not a fruitful thing from flipkart end.
