[Resolved]  Flipkart — Poor quality and no support from flipkart team.

Hi, My Order number is OD[protected], which got delivered to me 2 months before. Problems with the product are: 1. Its a QUeen size bed, which is really poor quality. Even the carpentor came to assmeble it requested me to pay him INR 3000 more so that the bed will last longer than 6 months. 2. Carpentor was so confident that the bed will break in pieces in very short time. 3. I have raised a refund request within 6-7 days from delivery and have done so many follow-ups; however my request is not resolved so far. No one called me back to resolve or listen to my pain points. 4. The size of the qQeen size bed is not a standard size. It is not even the size size mentioned in the flipkart link. 5. The bed is lying in 1 of my bedroom, which I can not use. And my family has to sleep in the Hall, which is really very annoying. If immediate actions are not taken to my request I will file a case in consumer court against it. So far I have written many email and had made so many calls. Request FlipKart team to please call me from the customer care and send me an email (from flipkart email id) with mobile number on my account first. Because I am getting calls from people when I put my number, where some idiots are asking me for my card details to return the amount.

So far I have not received any call from any stakeholder. Issue still persists and open.
My request is not resolved yet. I have made 4-5 calls since the day I updated my issue here. In every call, Flipkart promises that I will be getting a call within 24 hrs where the issue will be resolved; however no one called yet.
