[Resolved] Flipkart — poor service in return of item | |||
Received an item through Flipkart. Somehow the item was not the same as expected and seen on Internet. Hence requested to take return of the item (Oppo Mobile Phone) and refund the amount. After facing problem in filling the Return Request Form, contacted Customer Care and requested online to take return of this item, as i had already purchased the required Mobile Phone and started using it. As per the request accepted by Customer Care staff the visit of Flipkart Staff done on the very next day - to whom once again narrated my case and requested him for the return of item. he assured to help me in this case and also mentioned the same in his visit report sheet. But surprisingly within only one hour, i received message from Flipkart that my Return Request has been rejected. Was it a FARSE in making FOOL of the Customers. As on now, still the item not taken returned back, stating case is Rejected. So Poor Return Policy. Comparing to the other Service Provider who is definitely more widely used/household name, now i could felt why the other one is more Customer Friendly rather than Flipkart. Verified Support May 23, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the product being defective. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the service engineer has confirmed that the issue has been resolved in customer device. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
