I have placed an order with three products. All three products were not delivered to me but were updated as delivered in Flipkart. I had to make multiple calls to get an update on this. But they were very negligent every time giving some random resolution time. This happened more than 5 times to me. Then finally they agreed to a refund and that too didn't happen immediately, I had to follow up and got the partial refund. That is Rs. 153 for the T-shirt, For the highlander shirt instead of 350, I received only 332, And for the Wrnog watch I have only 28 super coins. So I am supposed to get Rs 465 for the watch along with the remaining amount of 18 for the shirt. Overall suppose to get 483 rupees. Just to get this money I had to follow up and call them 100+ times, every time giving a random resolution time and marking the issue as resolved without giving me a resolution. I have even agreed to get that money in my Flipkart wallet which would not take more time for them. That also not happening. Its been more than a month since I raised this concern till now is no proper resolution. I need my Rs. 483 as soon as possible. I am totally disappointed with the poor service; they didn't deliver my product properly. On top of that, they are really making me frustrated by delaying the refund. It's really painful to follow up and to speak with the irresponsible executives. I would have spoken to 30+ executives by this time. Was this information helpful? |
