[Resolved] Flipkart — poor & worst services | |||
I've ordered an product from flipkart of ₹539 on[protected]. And they said to deliver the product on[protected], but on[protected]On the time of delivery) they said that "sorry for inconvenience we're unable to deliver the product today) Then i said to refund, the did it. But again they continued my cancellation order without my permission! They are sending me messages of delivery date that"your delivery will be processed in next working day"! Jun 17, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 10, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the order was cancelled without customer consent. We regret to inform that the customer order has been cancelled by the courier service provider due to unforeseen reasons. Requesting customer to place a fresh order and the seller has also confirmed that the refund has been completed on May 09, 2019. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
