[Resolved] Flipkart — postponement of refund issue | |||
I have purchased a mobile on 14th oct '2018, neither i have received the mobile nor the money (12127/=) till date. Flipkart is solving this issues since last 16days. I have paid the amount through credit card and paying interest on the same in my billing cycle. It clearly shows flipkarts control over the logistics team and the coordination with the seller. Nobody is there to give a solution, no escalation matrix is updated to the customer, only some trained excutive give typical answer which not a solution for my issue. This is one of the worst experience i am experiencing by an online seller. As the payment is done around 27dqys back and have want the refund with interest without further delay Was this information helpful? | |||
