I had ordered an asus power bank on 24 march and delivered on 28 march but at the time of delivery i was not able to accept the product, after 1 week i got that.
then the product was not that shown in the site. the product is sony cycle energy and it is not working. i contacted the customer care and said there is no chance for return. kindly do the needful.
