Flipkart — Pre booked iPhone 7 Order and failed to deliver

Hi,

I booked, iPhone 7 on 5th Oct, They promised to deliver on 14th Oct.

I follow up to flipkart customer care on before 14th Oct. Executive responded that we assure you that your order will surely deliver on 14th Oct.

On 14th Oct, checked on Flipkart track order, no progress and finally they cancelled my order.

They are using my money since 5th Oct, not paying interest, returning only principle amount in 3 business day,

Who will pay interest of my money used for 16 days ???

Who will compensate the frustration, disappointment and time loss in follow up with flipkart costumer care ??
