[Resolved]  Flipkart — prepaid order cancel without any reason

I have bought a refrigerator with the exchange of my older one. Order id is od[protected]. It is prepaid order and i have paid rs.31590. It was out for delivery since 15th oct 2 pm till the end of the day. But it did not come to my home for delivery.

According to flipkart condition delivery and examination person, both come to gather, and if my old product not eligible i can pay rs.2900 cash at the time of delivery. I have a screenshot for that.

My old product disqualifies without any reason and only examination person come at home without a new product. I am ready to pay extra amount if my product disqualifies with valid reason.
Examination person who comes to my home blackmail me and ask for bribery to take old product under exchange policy. I did not agree with his offer so, he has not delivery my new product.

On the second day, i write a mail to flipkart that i agree to pay rs.2900 if my product disqualified. And on the same day seller cancel my order by saying a customer has refused it.

My order canceled by the seller.

I have a cctv camera in my society, so i can prove that the delivery person did not come to my home.

Now i thought and conclude that the seller just wants to make customer fool. He makes an attractive offer and take money from the customers and use it for a week. And seller makes an attractive offer so, the customers do not move to another seller or other online platform. And after one week reject the order by giving any non-sense reason.

As a resolution, i want the same product at the same price.

Otherwise, i will make a group of customers who are suffering from the same problem and on behalf of all of them, i will issue a complaint in consumer court as well as in fraud complaint against flipkart and seller both.
