[Resolved] Flipkart — prepaid order undelivered | |||
I had placed an order from Flipkart for WDS air sofa whose order Id is OD[protected] on 15th August 2018. The products expected delivery date was 23rd Aug 2018. The courier person called me on 20th August 2018 for the delivery of product but at that time, I was out of town. So, I asked him to deliver the product next day and he said ok. Since that day, I'm not having a single message from Flipkart regarding the delivery status of product. I've been following it since 21st August 2018 and it's more than a week now. I've tried calling customer help desk of Flipkart many times but they just ask me to wait as they say that they don't have the information of my order whereabouts. Now, I'm Very much frustrated as it was prepaid order and Flipkart is not doing anything to deliver my order. So, kindly help me regarding this matter as it is my last resort.
